No. Our goal is to get you pain-free and independently manage your symptoms. While most patients are fully healed, some patients prefer regular ongoing supportive care (approx. 1 time per month) to help maintain treatment effects, or they may have chronic pain conditions requiring ongoing regular supportive care.

All treatments provided are safe and effective forms of therapy. With any form of treatment, there is the possibility of rare adverse reactions (typically temporary increased soreness); these are rare and usually short-lived. Our therapists will work with you to educate you on proposed treatment interventions and explain the benefits and risks with any treatment. If you are not comfortable with a certain potential aspect of care, there are always modifications or other therapies that can be used instead.

Yes, we are registered with all online insurance billing systems, including extended health care, auto insurance and WSIB. Most extended health plans allow for direct billing, however, there are a few limited plans that do not allow for these services.
